easy populate csv not exporting descriptions or prices

easy populate csv not exporting descriptions or prices

I have installed Easy Populate CSV on https://www.irishshopper.com

It appears to have installed OK and gives the various options to output to the TEMPEP folder on my server. I click each of the options and it uploads a file OK to the TEMPEP folder but none of these contain the product name, description or price which is what I want.
