[Dual Pricing Error] 1054 Unknown column 'COWOA_account' in 'where clause'

When trying to Log into zen cart account as a customer the following error happens:

1054 Unknown column 'COWOA_account' in 'where clause'
in:
[SELECT customers_id, customers_firstname, customers_lastname, customers_password, customers_email_address, customers_default_address_id, customers_authorization, customers_referral, customers_whole FROM customers WHERE customers_email_address = '[email protected]' AND COWOA_account != 1]

I'm running 1.3.9c

dual pricing module
customer tax exempt module
quick order module

How's about php??

And COWOA version

Also, revisit what files your other addons have altered as I recall some touch thwe same files and this would be a case where one would have to merge the code alterations into "one" combined file
