Failed opening required bmz_io_conf.php

i contacted hosting provider and they were able to pin point the problem they sent me to this forums to look for a solution since its part of zencart.

PHP Fatal error: require_once() [<a href='function.require'>function.require</a>]: Failed opening required '/home/kk/public_html/includes/extra_configures/bmz_io_conf.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/"..., 331) = 331

and ALSO When i try to go into the Manage page it would appear blank white page
(ie. https://www.yoursite.com/manage)
please if you know how to fix this please! msg

p.s i didnt cause this my GF did..

Anyway... all that is being shown is that something that is REQUIRED by the site, cannot be accessed.

And it looks like something from IMAGE HANDLER.

So, you probably installed that module INCORRECTLY.

Image handler needs to be loaded correctly, and can be a bit tricky - particularly with a custom template.

To TEST whether that is the problem, go into your admin TOOLS menu, and remove Image Handler, and then switch also to CLASSIC template to see if the problem exists under a default rendering of zencart.

(PS: if you have been making custom edits to CLASSIC files, you will not be able to conduct the useful diagnostics of the template switch.)
