How do I make my store smart phone compatible?

My URL looks HORRIBLE on my android. How do you go about making my site Smart Phone friendly? I did a site search for 'Mobile' and 'Samrt Phone' yet found no threads.
TIA
Keith

What's the URL?

Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.
