Add third party Analytics to template footer not working

I need to add some javascript code provided by a third party, however, if I add it to templates/mytemplate/common/tpl_footer.php, and I check out the source code afterwards, then the javascript code, is not where it supposed to be, which is right before the </body> tag, but somewhere in the middle of the page, so their site(script provider) doesn't see it ... Do I have to edit another template file to be able to add the code right next to the closing body tag?

Re: Add third party Analytics to template footer not working

It's not Google Analytics! (It's a HubSpot plugin), I already have that(GA) installed and working, I need to add code to the same place ... just don't know where the code is added, I think due to the template structure it has to be in some template, but couldn't remember which...
