Help Needed - site is jammed to the left - How to fix?

Hello, can someone help me I am new to PHP and have apparently screwed up something the entire zencart is now jammed to the left - copy and paste this URL to see the problem

It's messed up in IE. It looks like there's a blank line in includes/templates/template_default/common/html_header.php.

If you've edited that file, try removing the edited file and replace it with a fresh copy.

BTW, before you go any further, create your CUSTOM template.
