Moving admin.php file from to new location

Is it possible to rename the admin.php file in the admin folder? Or require a seperate password to access it?

I need a way to keep every administrator from being able to access the admin.php page. If you know of another way to accomplish this, I'd be glad to hear about it.

Try the "Admin Profiles" addon.
