selectable option name and option value display

Dear All:

I am looking for a solution in zencart which can let customer select option name, and only the option values with the selected option name displays, an example is like this

can anyone give me any idea how to make it?

Currently, zen cart can let me select option value, but not option name, here is mine:

What you are asking for is called "dependent attributes".
You will need to write some custom javascript to do what you want. There is no generic solution to this because there are so many possible ways to want it to work.
