Report by Product by Attribute needed

HI there,
I'm sure the information is here somewhere but I've yet to figure out the right 'triggers' in search.

My store is set up for a once-a-year event. I take orders for 3 months, then need to place orders with my vendors for the products required.

I need the ability to view all products ordered, by product name, then by size, then color (or whichever other attributes I've attributed) and total quantity ordered by each attribute (hope I've explained that clearly). So, I need to order 15 Polo shirts, size XL, in light blue; 6 Polo shirts, size M, in White etc.

The Sales Report doesn't do this for me. Is there an Add-On out there that will give me this specific reporting capability?

ps, am using 1.3.9h, Mods added are edit orders, add customer, login as customer. You can see the store at https://www.deerhound.org/zencart

Guess I am not understanding what or how you know what and who these orders are being generated from??

To filter by date versus a total since open

My customers order product. At the end of the ordering period, I want a complete list of every product permutation so I can then place an order with my suppliers. In other words, I want my customer orders translated into an ordering format that I can give to my supplier.

I want a report that looks something like this:

Product Size Color Qty
Polo Shirt, Mens XL Blue 15
Polo Shirt, Ladies L Pink 7
Mugs - - 25
Sweatshirts 3XL White 43

I will know who these will be delivered to because of the customer order. Once I receive all the stock from teh supplier, I will ship to customers as normal.

Does this exist? I'd rather not have to hand-build a spreadsheet when the information exists in Zencart.

It does not exist by default and as I stated would have to be custom coded

Am I looking in the wrong place perhaps? Is this more likely to be an Inventory feature? (ie wanting to replenish from suppliers?)

I think you will find that most all fulfill orders as received and would not need what you are seeking

I'm sure you do fulfill orders when they come in but at some point you have to replenish your inventory, hence my question.

That is a different question or a clarification of what you really wanted

I assume that you have your stock setting set to track stock and that you are entering the true volumes of stock that you have

admin > config > stock > Stock Re-order level > set to the level tht you want to be notified

Then admin > reports > low stock

Unfortunately no I'm not tracking actual inventory (because I don't have any --- I take orders, then get the product from suppliers). I set my 'inventory' to 999 to ensure Out Of Stock is not triggered.

So, sounds like an opportunity for someone to write another ad on! :cool:

This is not what you need - So I do not understand your comment about needing to replenish stock as this is not what you need or are doing

I am looking for exactly the same report - we use attributes to help us with our sales forecasting.
