html editor suddenly not Saving changes in v1.3.8a
ZenCart v 1-3-8a (in use since July 2010)
PHP 5-2-17
Easy Populate 1.2.5.4 (only add-on installed, other than PayPal)
All other web site functions operating normal, including PayPal Express. Main Page and EZ pages continue to show previous html.
BUT, the html editor suddenly stopped saving changes. The interface seems to work properly, but clicking the Save button results in NO changes to Main Page or EZ pages. No error is displayed, just no changes. Tried different browsers, tried re-loading the admin files, tried comparing many files with WinMerge, all to no avail.
Thank you in advance for ANY ideas; I've been struggling with this for a week, including Forum searching.
