Where did you hear about us drop down

Using version 1.3.9h. All is working great and very happy with ZenCart.

A lot of our sales come from being seen at shows and / or advertising. Is is possible to add a "Where did you hear about us" drop down box on either the order or payment page. If possible a "Please specify" where the customer can type more details would be great.

I believe there is a 3rd party add on module for this
