I need (image) of product that doesn't exist.

Here is my situation: I have the latest version of Zen Cart installed;

I want (through the use of drop downs) and attributes set up a page to design a product that doesn't exist (yet) and show an image of what that product would look like. Let me explain.

We make Ivory Bracelets here in Alaska.

Options are Wrist size (no image needed)

Options: Materials: Ivory; Fossil Ivory; etc, etc

Options: Shape(s) used to make bracelets. i.e. hearts, circles etc.

Options: With Insets, without insets.

OPtions: shape(s) of insets

Once those parameters are set; then I want an image to show to display an approximate fascimile of said bracelet.

I can make the photo -realistic images of each selection. I just do not know how to display them when all the choices are made and set.

Any help: would be greatly appreaciated and probably result in a free ivory bracelet w/ matching ear-rings !!

She does not use an image with the attribute but you notice on the page where to add it..
When you are associating all the value for a product in the attribute controller there will be a slot: Attributes Image Swatch: here is where you will browse and select your image...

I have spent two days; studying and understanding attributes and products.

I fail to see or understand how using attibute swatches is going to change the image with each different choice.

All I can see is each attribute showing a different picture.

I need one picture to display when all the different attibutes are selected in any of the different combinations that can be set up.

At the present time Zen Cart does not allow you to select an attribute image and swap the main image at the same time..

You will have to research in the Free Software Add Ons and look..

The upshot is that no existing mod is going to display the result of your cumulative attribute selections. You will have to write some custom javascript to capture and store selections and calculate the right final image to display.

That sounds pretty complicated to me; I don't have the necessary skills to impliment all of that and make it work.

But I need somehow to make this work as it is the **main feature **of our web site (store).

You'll probably need to hire a pro to write this, as it is unlikely that someone on the forum with the necessary skills will show up to do it for you.
It's not a complicated process flow, and a js coder could probably do it relatively easily.
