Can I Do This with ZenCart???

I need to know if this is even possible...

I have a client that would like to have a online (admin-only) product catalogue

They want to be able to search estimates by open/closed and name

1 ) An area where they can enter the customer's details such as their name, address, phone numbers, and additional information

2. Once that has completed the estimate screen opens, this allows access to the catalog

• In the catalog you can add products to the catalog but the prices display included and the only prices visible are:
  INSTALLED PRICE
  TAXES (with their HST number showing)
  TOTAL

At the end of the process there needs to be 4 different buttons
GO AHEAD - this would make the estimate closed, and would show up on the view closed estimates
CONTINUE SHOPPING - GOES BACK TO THE CATALOG
NOT INTERESTED
PRINT (this would print the estimate with their logo at the top, all I would need is a template and I can go the rest)

At the end of the process there needs to be 4 different buttons
That and the estimating function will require custom code
