receiving NO order confirmation but payment
I have two customers (Netherlands and Luxembourg) who placed order and payed through paypal. I have received the payment notifications, but not the order confirmation from the store. This has never happened before and now twice in 10 days. Can it be related to the destination?
One of the customers mentioned that the order # space is blank after payment...
Any thoughts how to solve this are greatly appreciated.
