Agree to Terms of Service before checkout

Hi,

Is there a place in the zencart where a customer can check a box that says they agree to the terms of service before they checkout? Or is there a third party module that does this?

My client is selling service plans and wants the customer to check a box that says they agree to the terms of service (with a link to the page that has the terms of service) just prior to paying for their service plan. if they don't check the box, they can't go through the checkout process.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a "Terms of Sale" checkbox in the checkout process after you select your shipping. This is built into Zen-Cart.

Never mind. I found it in the admin section of the zencart.
