Telephone Payment

I am a Uk user and wonder if anyone knows if I can add in my payment options to take telephone payments as some of my customers dont like using paypal

also if it is possible how can I then mark the order as paid?

any answers in simple to understand please as I am new to zen cart and I am still getting used to it.

It sounds like 'telephone payment' is the same as the 'cash on delivery' payment module with different wording. Basically a payment form which defers the payment until later.

So, use COD and change the words that are displayed.

You can change the order status when the payment is received. Set the payment status to pending before the payment is received and then set it to something else when the payment is received.
