Positioning of Free Shiping Icon

Hi there. Is it possible to modify the positioning of freeshiping icon and if yes could you tell me someone how to select where to be positioned.

Two free tools to figure out the position and when you can move the logo on your page is use these:

Firefox Moxilla, with the free add on called web developer or firebug..
Easiest way to figure out the add ons is just google: youtube firebug...

I would to move my freeship icon to this place (pls see att. file). I try with firebug but did,t find where is source and how to move up. Please tell me where is the code for this icon and to move up. :(
