How To Add Tiny Menus Links to Bottom of Page?

ver 1.3.9h

On many website they have at the bottom several links to all their product categories. How can I add this? Is there a plug-in (I checked but didn;t notice any) or does it have to be coded in the template? Below is an example of a site using this feature (NOt Zen cart) , just scroll to the bottom and you'll see several rows of product caregory links.

Have a look (in Free Software Add Ons) at EZPages Footer Columns. It puts your links into columns (as many as you want) in the footer. I use it on my retail site, link below.
