Quantity box on product info page

I'd like to remove the quantity box on the product detail/info page but leave it on the shopping cart page. How can I do this?

Re: Quantity box on product info page

I don't even know where to begin. I am a novice, have never done anything like this before so please bare with me.

I don't understand the over ride system, I've read "How do I set up the template overrides?" over and over. from what I understand, if I am working with includes/languages/english.php I could set up a file called includes/languages/custom/english. Then pull a copy of header.php from the classic file to my custom file. Now after I edit this php file in the custom dir do I then put a copy of it back in the classis directory? I understood the FAQ page to say that I need not change the one in the classic dir just the custom dir and when go back into the system it will default to the custom dir, it never works for me. I would sure appreciate any help anyone can provide, and if I posted this in an incorrect location pls just let me know.

Re: Quantity box on product info page

The admins will move the post, but please provide a link without the http://www.

This will show me when i use Firefox with the addon called firebug if you have set up the override system correctly when I view a stylesheet.css
