Gift Cert Invalid (but it's not, I swear)

I'm going to beat my head into a wall. We just ran a groupon, not the first time we've done it, and I've uploaded the coupon codes into my database, the exact same way that I've done them before, but they're all saying invalid coupon codes or that they've been redeemed. I've checked expiration dates, the Y/N, and still no dice. Then created a bogus gift cert. That worked fine. Re-enabled that gift cert, then it didn't work.

What the heck? Help! Here are two. The $35 worked fine, the $40 didn't.

Re: Gift Cert Invalid (but it's not, I swear)

In phpMyAdmin, edit the 40.00 Gift Voucher and see if there is a space or anything on the end of the code in the table:
coupons

Check the table:
coupon_redeem_track

do you see the coupon_id 865 in there?

Yup, checked that too. It hasn't been redeemed, and there are no spaces.

And when you enter it in the Gift Certificate Redemption Code input box, what message displays?

Re: Gift Cert Invalid (but it's not, I swear)

The original message up at the top of the thread.

The Gift Certificate number xxxxx may be invalid or has already been redeemed

I'm a little stressed. I have 144 people trying to redeem coupons that all of a sudden aren't working. When I physically send a coupon and zen generates it, it works fine.

I don't understand what's going on. I uploaded the csv the same way as we've done before.

Re: Gift Cert Invalid (but it's not, I swear)

I said that wrong .... and have edited the post ...

Did you build anything for the table:
coupon_email_track

If you have the coupon_id in the table:
coupon_email_track

then you can claim the Gift Certificate ...

You might make a another Gift Certificate manually and see how these are build and what is in the table:
coupons
coupon_email_track

to see how they are paired together and consider what you would want to use for the data in the:
coupon_email_track

to make it more sensible to you for being Groupons and not really something that the Admin sent ...
