Side box on product listing?

Two questions:

The right column is not displaying on category listings, only on product detail listings:

http://www.straightrazordesigns.com/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=17
http://www.straightrazordesigns.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=17&products_id=1318

Is there a setting for this somewhere that I can't find?

When the right column does display the verisign/fb/twitter links are displayed twice. The only place that I can find where these are entered are includes/templates/theme082/common/tpl_box_default_right.php..

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks
David
