What is the Main Page ID number?

I'm trying to find out what my Main Page ID number is. I've searched for an answer but "ID" is not allowed as a search term in this forum ("too short"). Here's what I'm trying to do...

I want my Main (home) page to only have one column (instead of two). It looks like I can do this in the "EZ-Pages Settings" using the "EZ-Pages Pages to disable right-column" setting. This setting requires a page ID number, and if I follow the help, I can get the Page ID number from the EZ-Pages screen under Admin->Tools.

If I go to EZ-Pages screen under Admin->Tools, the main page is not shown, so how do I find out what the Page ID number is for the main page?

Normally I'd do all of this via code, but the webmaster won't give me login access, so I'm trying to do this via the admin tool. Can anyone help me?

It doesn't have one, and I don't think you'll be able to do that without code access. If you can get to the files:

A little more info about exactly what you need to do and why might help us figure out a work-around. I'd also be curious about why you have admin but not FTP access ...

Yep saw that page, but it doesn't help me.

What I want to do is have two columns on the home page, and leave the standard three column for the rest of the site. I want to use more of the real estate on the home page for custom promotions using a different layout.

My weird access is not atypical in my role as a consultant. My client provided me with access to the Admin Tool, but they actually have a third party that hosts (and "manages") the site. The third party host won't provide me with FTP access unless the client cancels their service agreement with them. I don't think the client is ready to that yet, but the tide is slowly drifting my way...

The host had better be willing to let your client have a full backup set of the files and db, and if your client gives those to you, you can make the necessary edits locally (and test by by installing the fileset on your computer or wherever is convenient).
