Need help with a custom page

Hi, i've built a custom page thanks to this reference article; http://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/Creating_new_pages

What I want to do is to include a filtered list of manufacturers on my custom page. I understand my url would be like; https://www.MYSITE.COM/index.php?main_page=MY_CUSTOM_PAGE&manufacturers_id=21

Just wondering, exactly which header file and which template file build the list of manufacturers as a kind of search results page? (e.g; I choose Toyota in the manufacturers dropdown list and get a page listing of all toyota products)

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but take a look at the is mod.

It is very flexible and easy to use.
