Question about shipping

I have been looking for a way to offer free shipping on one method only like for example want to offer free shipping for UPS ground but charge if they want UPS 2 day. Is there a way to do that?

Clone say the flat rate module and name it UPS Ground and $0.00 fee
Configure your UPS module in the admin and uncheck ground

Give each a sort order so that your cloned module appears first
