View Site in Firefox & Internet Explorer

How come when I view my site in Internet Explorer it looks ok meaning the banner on my main page that has the mask, drums etc. fits across the page, but when I view it in Firefox my banner is all out of wack it's jacked up.

Can this be fixed in Firefox?

A link would be helpful

If you are designing in IE I suggest you do all design work in FireFox and then only correct those elements required in IE
FF is a more standards compliant browser
