A couple more newbie questions!

8.(this might be a hard one) How can I add a horizontal bar(similar to the one in the beginnig of every post in this forum(the bar tat shows post date and number) to the beginning of the product descriptions in my product_info pages with a tex "Product Info" for example...

edit your_template/ css/ stylesheet.css

Find this:

#productDescription, .shippingEstimatorWrapper {
padding: 0.5em;
}Change to this:
#productDescription {
border-top: 1px solid #000000;
padding: 0.5em;
}

.shippingEstimatorWrapper { padding: 0.5em;
}To add text you would have to edit the tpl_product_info_display.php and create an echo

Re: A couple more newbie questions!

includes/ templates/ your_template/ templates/ tpl_product_info_display.php

Find this line around #81

<!--bof Product description -->

Change it to this:

<!--bof Product description --> <?php echo '<div style="text-align:center; color:red">Product Info</div>'; ?>

Edit the stylesheet and find the a img

This Didn't work ?!

7.(This is a stupid one) Ho do I activate Also_purchased "module" for my store?

what setting do you have here:

Quote:
admin panel/ configuration/ minimum values/ also purchased

It says "1"

8.(this might be a hard one) How can I add a horizontal bar(similar to the one in the beginnig of every post in this forum(the bar tat shows post date and number) to the beginning of the product descriptions in my product_info pages with a tex "Product Info" for example...

Quote:
#productDescription, .shippingEstimatorWrapper {
padding: 0.5em;
}
Change to this:
Quote:
#productDescription {
border-top: 1px solid #000000;
padding: 0.5em;
}

.shippingEstimatorWrapper { padding: 0.5em;
}
To add text you would have to edit the tpl_product_info_display.php and create an echo

The horizontal line didn't look to good .... but your hel let me realize that I can add this right after the <bof description> field:

<table style="width: 100%; text-align: center; background-color: rgb(225, 225, 225);  margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" border="0"><tbody><tr><td>Детайли за продукта:<br></td></tr></tbody></table><br>

...and make it look just lik I wanted...

THANK YOU! :clap:

How can we resolve No.4 , 5(Renamed: How can I add a picture next to my site logo?) and No.6 ???

Re: A couple more newbie questions!

Try this to your includes/templates/black_pure_free/css/stylesheet.css

Add this on the bottom:

.centerBoxContentsNew img{border: 1px solid #000000;}

Re: A couple more newbie questions!

OK that worked for the main page display of New Images!

How about the others?

If I add...

.centerBoxContentsProducts img{border: 1px solid #aabbcc;}

It adds the border to all images perfectly... but unfortunately it adds it to the "Buy now" buttons under listed products allso... maybe a workaround this?

Re: A couple more newbie questions!

For number 5 I realized that I dont need a facebook but a picture instead!

So, do you know a way that I can add one next to the logo?

How about No 6 any way to put something in css to tell not to put a border around the Buy now buttons when using:

.centerBoxContentsProducts img{border: 1px solid #aabbcc;}

or restrict the border just for the images?

An y suggestions about No.4 - how to deal with the pagr filters..?

Re: A couple more newbie questions!

Is not this the code that is adding a border around the buy now..

Delete from styleheet.css and I will figure out how to bypass the buy now box...

Or have you already done this????

Re: A couple more newbie questions!

no... actually that code adds a great border in the center box for New Products!!!!

I altered it to .centerBoxContentsSpecials and .centerBoxContentsFeatured to work for the otheer ones!

This one works great!

If I add it like .centerBoxContents then it adds it to the buy now buttons but it adds the border to the images just fine!
