can 1.3.8 template carry over to 1.3.9h??

I'm presently doing a 1.3.8 upgrade to 1.3.9h.

I'd really like not to redo all the template and language files!! :)

Can these files be carried over unchanged from the 1.3.8 site to the 1.3.9h site??

Thank you, Tom

Be sure to use a tool like WinMerge to combine all the updates for templates and language files into your own, else you'll encounter missing functionality or odd messages on-screen.
