after upgraded with cpanel: Your database appears to need patching to a higher level.

Hi, noticed today that my website is not working.
I Contacted my host and they said they have recently upgraded there PHP, and some older versions of Zencart has stopped working because of this.

So i went in my Cpanel and upgraded my Zencart installation 1.3.8a to 1.3.9h

Now i can see my website but it is showing:

Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Admin->Tools->Server Information to review patch levels.

I was wondering how do i upgrade my database, but keep everything as it is?

Also how can i move my Admin are from zc_admin to something else?

Hope somebody can help.
Thanks
