Table rate shipping module misbehaving!

Hi everyone!
I'm a new zenner and have started getting the site configured and looking the way I want it to! Currently using version 1.3.9f. I've got the table rate shipping module installed and am using it. I currently have it set to:
Shipping Table
49.99:6.95,50.00:0

So that I'm offering free shipping on orders over $50. and $6.95 on any order under that.

The main problem I am encountering is that I used to have it set at $30 instead of $50, and now during the checkout process zen cart is still calculating shipping based off of that $30 order total. I can't seem to figure out why it's doing this any help would be much appreciated!

Never mind I figured it out! it was under Modules -> Order Total -> ot_Shipping was still set to 30.
