Where do I go to remove the header menu and pages under the more information bar?

Renaming pages under the menu tab.
Where do we go to rename the box information page 5 and 7 under the menu tab and remove the Payment Methods and Store tab on the header?

The header items are not ZenCart items
They are part of the template you are using

Showing the constant as in BOX_INFORMATION_PAGE_5 is a mis edit of a file
