Customer orders not registering (Nochex)

New site with PayPal & Nochex payment options.

Paypal working fine.

Nochex orders not being recorded but receiving an email from Nochex confirming money has been received in our Nochex account.

No email received to state order has been received.

When I put Nochex in TEST mode order appears to go through OK but no confirmation email of order received.

I have this problem for two years, and seems either nochex or zen cart could not help me out, so i have to email the buyer who sent me money for order details, a very big problem....

If anyone is still experiencing problems, download the new files and guide here: http://esupport.nochex.com/index.php...itemid=7&nav=0

Follow the steps and place the files in the correct places and the module will work. If orders aren't coming through it is usually because you have the old "nochex_apc_handler.php" file. So simply download the package above, open the files for your corresponding Zen Cart version and then copy and replace the old "nochex_apc_handler.php" with the new one.

This is a nochex problem.
It happens with me about once every year. It has just happened again now. you shoukd not need to change any files. Get onto Nick Fox, I am.

I have Paypal (working ok) and Nochex payment options in my cart. 2 days ago the Nochex order [New Order] Order Confirmation email ceased and the customer's order doesn't show in the admin. I just get the Nochex payment received email. Any help to get the process working again would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

It started with me 2 days ago. It has happened in the past but usually the orders come through all together after a day or 2. Still nothing so far though this time...

:oops:This is a nochex problem, they have said today that a number of users have reported this problem. They also say that they are unable to re send the order as they did last year when it happened then. Lets just hope it was a w/e glitch. if you have not reported to them you should.

I've tried submitting a ticket but get an error message on the next page - maybe they don't want to hear about it!
Fortunately, I have a Paypal option in my cart so I've just switched Nochex off. Can someone let me know on here when their Nochex problem is resolved so I can try turning it back on again...thanks.

A small number of people have experienced these issues. Your web host may have changed certificates or some setting leading to these problems. What I suggest, if you are still experiencing problems, is to firstly try a test transaction if no order appears try this:

Open the "nochex_apc_handler.php" file and change the following line of code:

$callback_url = https://www.nochex.com/nochex.dll/apc/apc (line 46)
To this
$callback_url = http://www.nochex.com/nochex.dll/apc/apc

So the subtle change is there is no 's' in 'https'.

I have completed several test transaction on my own Zen Cart installation and can confirm all is working, the orders are coming through just fine.

Yes me too. I am going to switch it off. Only ever a problem with nochex.

I have attached the APC handler file that is necessary for the orders to be recorded, it seems a lot of old APC handler files are being used that no longer work.

Place this attached file on the root of your Zen Cart installation, replacing the old file and try a test transaction.

Ive replaced my code for nochex_apc_handler.php - this didnt produce an order.

I tried changing https to http on line 46 and this didnt produce an order.

I found that after I placed an order using my own credit card in live. It came back with .... thank you for placing order 7711 when it should have been order number 7780.

I put my log on and got the following ....
shouldnt the order number be filled ?

Up to a certain point in time I hadnt had any problems with Nochex but it then just stopped showing an order but taking the money from the customer.

Since it started doing this about a month or two ago, I have switched Nochex off.

Ive sorted this out .

I copied all the Nochex files down again from the Nochex website.

Found I was missing 1 file ...

includes/modules/payment/nochex_apc/apc_application_top.php

Dont know what happened, whether this is a new file that needed adding or an old file that disappeared (there is no date or time on the files I copied in).

I have a feeling that my other zen cart - both versions 1.3.9h - has also got the same Nochex problem.

Both sites had been showing orders and working fine, until suddenly they didnt anymore.

I recently renewed my SSL so could this be causing it. I have tried changing https to https but this did not help.

Yes this solved my problem, BUT,, ,,Set Order Status is going to pending, not processing.
I have emailed Nicola Berry 3 times in last month but no answer.

Just emailed Nicola and got reply, will post if I get more news on this.

We are having this problem too. Last successful nochex order we had was on 28/7/11.

Two orders today, email from Nochex came through, payment successful, no orders, nothing in Recover Cart Sales.

Have tried suggested fixes above, uploading new apc_handler and changing the callback from https: to http: tried test and live orders, still not working.

Then downloaded and re-installed the nochex payment handler from zen-cart site. Still not working.

Have disabled Nochex and are now using PayPal to process orders. Have emailed [email protected] with all details. Awaiting their reply.

I can't even log-in to Nochex site at the moment, just times out.

The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

Its really not good enough.
