Importing and exporting: Orders, reviews, and customers list

Hi Group,

I was not able to find any info on importing and exporting customers data, reviews, and orders data. Where are these files located so that I may back them up and import them to my test server and or back in after reloading updates? Any info would be great!

You'd do this using phpMyAdmin from your webmaster panel. I'm not sure what tables you'll need to export/import for that particular set of data.
