Canonical - how to?

I am trying to adjust my tags and add my url so that it will look like

<link rel="canonical" href="http://www.broke2.com/" /> in my page where do I find this and exactly how do I do this? Please explain in simple terms.

What Zen Cart version are you using?
1.3.9h does that by default
