Event Registration

I've spent most of the morning looking for an event registration add-in without luck. Is there anything out there that will work? Hoping to collect the following in multi-language site.

Parent registration (store account)

Collect the following
Child name
Child birthdate (used to calculate age)
Child gender

Select event (product)
Guardian name
Guardian relationship
Guardian birthdate
Emergency contact (phone, email)

Answer skill and health questions (check boxes, test entry,
Confirm safety and security clause
Make payment
Send entry confirmation

Current System
ZenCart 1.3.9h
Server OS: Linux 2.6.35.8-nx
Database: MySQL 4.1.22-standard-log
HTTP Server: Apache/2
PHP Version: 5.2.17 (Zend: 2.2.0)

I have not seen any but there are far too many for me to know everyone of them

Most likely will have to be custom coded on both the frontend and the admin side along with database changes to hold the data collected

I'm creating an EZ-Page with a submit button on it and I don't know where to do the processing when the submit button is clicked. Did you resolve your question about registering for an event?

Any help would be appreciated. :frusty:
