Changing Blank Side Box Header Removes all right side boxes

Hi,

I hope someone can help as I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I used an existing (but unused) blank side box to which I added a Live Chat button (I thought that would be the hard part).

I'm trying to change the header which currently says Postage to Live Chat but when I do that, all of the side boxes on the right side disappear. I'm literally just typing over the word Postage so not deleting or adding anything extra.

This is in modules/sideboxes/blank_sidebox.php.

if ($show_blank_sidebox == true) {
require($template->get_template_dir('tpl_blank_sidebox.php',DIR_WS_TEMPLATE, $current_page_base,'sideboxes'). '/tpl_blank_sidebox.php');
$title = Postage;
$title_link = false;

This has me really stumped so I hope someone can help.

then click: admin/catalog

then click: search

The code you posted opens an IF statment, but doesn't close it. And you're assigning text to a variable without quotes.

It's not so much that your sideboxes are disappearing as your site is falling over part way through the right sidebar, which you can test by looking to see whether the footer also disappears when you use this code.
