How to create an effect?

Greetings,
I would like to know how to create the effect that is used on best sellers of this website http://www.alienworkwatches.co.uk/ so when you put your mouse on the picture it changes.
I am new to the zen cart forum and would appreciate your help and advice as I know you are all busy people. Thanks

That is using jquery on mouse over
There are several 3rd party contributed jquery modules in the free software add ons - - link above left
Not sure if that exact one is there but it should provide some insight
