French: not certain if I have the right pack

My question is if I can install without problems French language pack found on:

http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&products_id=153

The original installation was in English, later I added Dutch. Why I put this question is that contrary to the Dutch language pack the French one has a "zc_install" directory. Now I'm afraid the French version will erase the others. Neither do I want French to become the mean language. Although I see that English and Dutch directories exist quite parallel next to one another.

Can anyone ascertain me I just install French as third language and nothing else?

That pack states

French translation for front, admin, and setup
And why it contains a zc_install in French
Also it has a French admin

You can take this one certified for 1.3.9h at:
www.moduloom.t15.org/
and not copy zc_install.
