wHAT DOES THIS ERROR CODE MEAN AND HOW WOULD I FIX THIS?

i AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH CHECK OUT, I HAVE POSTED MY PROBLEM A FEW TIME, I HAVE JUST CHECKED OUT THE DEBUG FOLDER in the cache folder,

and i recieved this notice
