Or... It might have been orphaned in the configuration table. But at least we have a better idea now.

Completed that step, no visible change in sidebox header.

Did it change the display at the top of the box to add a ' to the beginning of what was there?

Also try copying the changed **/home/ongrade/public_html/site_clone/includes/modules/sideboxes/blank_sidebox.php **to /home/ongrade/public_html/site_clone/includes/modules/sideboxes/theme376/blank_sidebox.php

The header did not change, there were not additional single quotes. I do not have the "theme376" folder in the directory you've provided, but I put the file in regardless. There was no effect.

You were not clear in your response. Did you create the directory or not? If you did not create the theme276 directory and place the file in that folder, it might not work.
This is something that should have been fixed long ago, but we are having to work with a store bought template and they are totally notorious for not playing by the rules.
Also, not properly creating the override directories for any add-ons is only making it more difficult.

Pardon the absence of info, it was 2 AM and I was kinda tired :D. I did create the theme276 directory when I found out there wasn't one there already.

Any final thoughts before I let this thread die off? I'd really like to see this resolved. : /
