I need to use PayPal WPS mx URL (not es)

Help please!
I need to change the WPS URL to https://www.paypal.com/mx/cgi-bin/webscr (for Mexico); I already updated the "Mode for PayPal web services" field with this URL but clients are still being directionated to https://www.paypal.com/es/cgi-bin/webscr (spain) resulting in paypal error "Paypal does not allow your country of residence to ship to the country you wish":no:
I have search this forum even call PP suport with no luck!

Zen Cart only uses the address you specify. So, if you've specified mx, that's what it will use.

NOTE: PayPal normally recommends that you do not specify a country code in the URL at all, as it's not necessary.

The error message you're seeing is probably not a result of using the wrong URL, but rather is likely simply a result of you having the Address Override or Shipping Address Requirements settings set incorrectly.

Thanks for your prompt reply!

Payments are being processed now :clap:; I am not sure if setting "Address Override" to 0 did the trick but is working now!

However; for customer service sake I rather have Mexico pre-selected in PayPal's page instead of España as it is now!; that would be achieved if ZenCart uses
https://www.paypal.com/mx/cgi-bin/webscr instead of /es/; I guess the question would be WHY is NOT using the URL defined in MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_HANDLER!!
