I need help on "ALL Business" template

First of all, I need to say "Thank you" to picaflor-azul.
http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?main_page=product_contrib_info&cPath=40_53&products_id=1777
I am using this template and i like it.
I have few question about that:

  1. I saw the version is 1.0 in template selection , but i download is 1.1 version.
  2. please take a look the attachment pic. how can i remove that box.

Thank you so much for your help!
