USPS not returning estimate (International ONLY)

We're not getting estimates at either the shopping cart view or at checkout for USPS international. Anybody else have an issue today?

Could you check that you are using the current USPS January 2, 2011 C version on post #26 from this thread:

Thanks for the help. We thought we had the latest version installed, however, we must of missed one. After installed this version you recommended, everything is working fine now.

We too are having trouble with International Priority Mail
We do have the Update from January, and apparently have had it since January. But I recopied usps.php into the directory, and then uninstalled and re-installed.
No rate is returned and if we ignore it, at the final page Zen Car flags: "Please select a shipping method" Since International Priority Mail is the only method, there is nothing to select.

Which files should I check?

Oddly enough, it seems to work for Great Britain, but Canada fails. It was a Canadian Customer that brought it to my attention

What are the settings on the right panel when you go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on the USPS shipping modules?

Upon further investigation, it works for every country except Canada. No matter which Canadian province or postal code I try, it fails.

Our setup has been running without issue for a year...so this is odd. Answers below

There is a strike in Canada affecting their mail and USPS is now limiting what shipping methods work ...

You might read this thread that discusses what works and what doesn't ...

Apparently Im affected by the Canadian USPS strike too. No shipping quotes are returned from Canada right now. All other countries works fine.

USPS does have some choices for Canada:

Same here, only Global Express Guaranteed rates are being caculated for Canada... Grrr.
