Installing Spanish Language Pack (Error Results)

Good Day,

I created a fresh install of Zen Cart 1.3.9. I am creating a Spanish language version of the shop. When I install the language pack (spanish 1.5), everything seems to work well on the web side, although I lose my admin section (page goes to white). There was another forum about this, although it went unresolved. I used the Debug Error Logging Utility and got the following error:

Any idea what this means and how I can remedy the issue?

The latest version is 1.51, (v1.5 had admin bugs).

I would like the option to see the payment page in either Spanish or English - how does this work?

I think you may be a bit confused here.
You don't have your Zen Cart in one language or another (although you can force that), there is one shop and each language you add gives the user the option to select the language they want.
All pages will be available in all the languages you have added - ensure the languages sidebox is enabled so the user can choose.
