Can I let customers post items for sale?

Here is my question, Does ZenCart allow your customers to post items for sale.
I want to make a classified add website, not an auction site. I would like to allow my customers to post an item for sale, the item last for 2 months (or so) and they only pay me when they list the item, no final value fees. Once they post, I get paid it does not matter if they sale or not.
Does ZenCart do this, if not can you guys point me in direction that would help.
Thanks,
Charlie

No, ZenCart is for selling your items

You could enter others items yourself

I also want to do this. I want to allow registered users to post their items in the 'pre loved items' section of my store.

For a classified ad website you'd be better served using a Content Management System, rather than an eCommerce platform.
