All choices checked in checkboxs

I have these 4 choices on my product page.

Please Choose:
price per month ( +$90.00 )

price for 3 months ( +$180.00 )

price for 6 months( +$325.00 )

price for 12 months ( +$650.00 )

The problem is that on the website page ALL the buttons are checked, and you cannot un-check any selection, so that when the customer goes to the cart, it shows a total price of $1,680.00. The choices are treated as one unit.

The page is not allowing the customer to select just one choice.

Where do I go to fix this? Thanks!

Re: All choices checked in checkboxs

It sounds like the attributes are set as "Default Attribute to be Marked Selected:" . In Admin> Catalog> Attributes controller. Make sure the orange box marked "Default Attribute to be Marked Selected:" is set to "No".

Re: All choices checked in checkboxs

Or, you've set them all as separate Option Names, and assigned only one value, and thus there are no alternatives to "check". Better to use one Option Name, and link 4 option Values to it.

I think this is the problem. Working now on fixing it. So, I create one option name - Price - and assign 4 option values to it?

Re: All choices checked in checkboxs

That's in the attributes controller, where you link the option names to the option values for the product.
