Main page sideboxes disappeared

I was editing the main page of my site in the define pages editor and when I saved the new info, everything disappeared, the text and my right sideboxes. I've tried resetting the sideboxes and that didn't work. Can anyone help me get them back????? Please????

Check the /cache directory for error log files, and provide a link to the site where we can see the issue.
