Shipping Options U/A- UPS XML

**Hi everyone! I'm very close to being able to add products to my site, but unfortunately I'm running into some confusing issues.
I've looked everywhere, but can't seem to find a topic that directly relates to my own.

I'm using the UPS XML module and when I try to checkout of my shop with a test item, with the PayPal option, I'm never able to select any kind of shipping option. Is this normal? This is how it is regardless of if I'm signed into a test account or not.

When signed into my test account, and am trying to use the site's checkout feature, I'm only given one option that is automatically selected. 'UPS Express Saver'.
This happens even though I have multiple options selected to be available in my admin/Shipping Modules area.

On your PayPal Express payment module ... check to see what setting you have for:

Express Checkout: Select Cheapest Shipping Automatically
When customer returns from PayPal, do we want to automatically select the Cheapest shipping method and skip the shipping page? (making it more express)
Note: enabling this means the customer does not have easy access to select an alternate shipping method (without going back to the Checkout-Step-1 page)

**Thank you, I've now changed that now for paypal, however I'm still not able to select any kind of shipping method for paypal.

And there's still the issue of now being able to select an alternate shipping method with Zen-Carts built in checkout option =**

I've tried logging in with my test account which has the address of my residence, and I've tried a test checkout going to Lindsay, Ontario which is about an hour away. Both yield the same results.

Additionally, does Zen-Cart have a live chat area, or a phone number for help?

I am afraid that I have an account for the US and not Canada so I really cannot test these settings ...

On my US account I am not having any issues ...

Perhaps someone with a Canadian account could test this for you ...

I guess I'm not understanding why there are only two options available? I have the majority of options selected to be available in my UPS XML module settings.
