I have got this issue.

Problem occurred while customer #1 -- Sam -- was attempting checkout.

Cardinal Lookup 3[nde6dp71qfb9mkv9uaoatguld6] Cardinal Centinel - cmpi_lookup error - 1002, 2002, 2020 - Error Processing Lookup Request Message, Invalid Merchant Id or Processor Id, Invalid Transaction Password

There are 3 steps to configuring your Cardinal 3D-Secure service properly:
1-Login to the Cardinal Merchant Admin URL supplied in your welcome package (NOT the test URL), and accept the license agreement.[1]-Set a transaction password.
3-Copy your Cardinal Merchant ID and Cardinal Transaction Password into your ZC PayPal module.

For specific help, please contact [email protected] to sort out your account configuration issues.

Problem observed while customer 1 Sam was attempting checkout with 3D-Secure authentication. THEIR PURCHASE WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL. Please resolve this matter to enable future checkouts.

Yoiu might have to wait until someone that uses cardinal sees this and hijacking anothers thread is not the best way

You should have started your own thread....

I think that what you posted here in post #13 may be why you are having issues as it looks as though you have not configured this correctly at the gateway and maybe not in ZenCart either

I have select Master or Maestro card and put details.

After click on confirm button on confirm page it redirect to second page.
