Add Last Order Date Column to Admin Customers Page?

In the Newsletters send to window there is choice to target only those who have yet to buy. I want to know who with an additional column in admin/customers.php or is there a way to get this list already?

Where do I find the list of Customers that have not bought yet?

You'll have to do an SQL query to find all customer records for which there is no order record.
