Estimate shipping calculator page

Where can I add some words on this estimate shipping calculator page?

Why my customers complaint there is no option for them to select walk-in/pickup rate in real order, even I already checked the option in admin?

Re: Estimate shipping calculator page

If you had any doubts, a quick review of this recent PayPal survey of online shopping should lay them to rest. The largest single reason for cart abandonment is high shipping costs. The survey also found that providing shipping costs upfront might have caused 40 percent of shoppers who abandoned to complete their purchase.
